Who ever said cuckoo clocks have to be these boring things out of plain ol wood? Enter Stefan Strumbel, whose art stems from the graffiti and street art scene.

In his hands, the traditional timepieces are given a brash makeover: oversized clocks are daubed in garish and outlandish colors and often decorated with hand grenades and bones, alongside traditional German images such as deer antlers.Stefan uses spray cans and silk screen printing, which gives his work a cutting edge meets pop art feel.
